Data Deletion Instructions

Freedom Builder is operated by Freedom Club LLC. This page explains how a client can request deletion of the data the app has stored about their Facebook Page and Instagram professional account.

What data we hold

For each connected client we store the access grant to their Meta assets, the identifiers of their connected Facebook Page and Instagram professional account, and copies of the organic content the app has scheduled or published on their behalf. We do not store data from accounts we do not manage.

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the address associated with your Freedom Consulting engagement, with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. State the Facebook Page name or Instagram handle you want removed.
3. We will delete all data the app holds for that Page and Instagram account, and revoke the app's stored access, within thirty days, and confirm by reply.

Revoking access yourself

You can revoke the app's access at any time directly from Meta:

• In your Facebook Business Manager, remove Freedom Club as a partner, or
• In your personal Facebook settings, open Settings and privacy → Settings → Business integrations and remove Freedom Club (the app name Meta shows for us).

Revoking access stops all future data collection immediately. To also delete data already stored, follow the email request above.
